- June 12, 2013: Computer Workshops - Word 2007 Basics: Introduces basic tools and concepts of word processing, using Microsoft Word 2007. Includes simple text formatting, cut and paste, page setup, saving, and more. Requires some previous computer knowledge. This event will be located at the East Tennessee History Center and will begin at 2 p.m. Please call (865) 251-8700 to register.
- June 19, 2013: Computer Workshops - Introducing the Computer: This class presents the information and skills required for other workshops offered: computer terminology, the Windows environment, mouse/keyboard familiarity, working with files and folders. This class is located at the Burlington Branch Library and will begin at 2 p.m. Please call (865) 525-5431 to register.

FAMILY EVENTS
- June 12-14, 2013: East Tennessee Technology Access Center's (ETTAC) Music Fun Camp. 9 a.m.-noon. At this camp, children with and without disabilities will learn how to compose a symphony on paper, learn some music basics, and will perform an original piece of music they create. Camp will be led by the multi-talented teacher, musician and composer Jeff Comas, owner of Allied Music Instructors. For more information, contact ETTAC at (865) 209-0130.
- June 13, 2013: Handspinners: Join every month to spin good yarn with area handspinners. This event will be located at the Fountain City Branch Library at 10 a.m.

Living Stone Fellowship Single Mothers Ministry presents "The Well: A Place of Refreshment for Single Moms." On the second Friday of every month, You’ll enjoy a time of fellowship, encouragement and a great meal (that you didn’t have to make!) while your kids have dinner and a fun time of their own! The ministry offers FREE childcare and dinner for everyone in attendance!
